Today was quite an eventful day!
This morning we went to the Cedar City parade! It was really cool seeing all of the floats! I think the coolest one was the
Lightning McQueen one! The popular thing to do at the parade for a lot of the floats was to squirt everyone who was watching with water guns. This happened several times and we got a little wet. At night, we went to the top of a parking garage to watch fireworks. We had a pretty good view of the entire city's fireworks show and it was fun to watch more than one show at once. All in all it was a good day and we had a lot of fun!
Today we attempted to go dancing in a cave. We went expoloring at night to find the cave and we realized that we had to climb up to get to it. It was a steep climb and we didn't want to fall into the river because we wouldn't be able to see. So we will try to again, but earlier in the day next time. So instead we played with glowsticks while hiking and we watched some fireworks while up on the hill.
